Hi, I’m Julie Tomoser with Nebraska Realty, serving the Omaha metro area. Real estate is my second career. I spent 35 years as a registered nurse, so guiding people through complex situations with clarity and care is at the core of everything I do.

I also work with buyers and have specialized training helping seniors and those downsizing, navigating major life transitions with confidence and peace of mind.

About Me:

I was raised in Omaha after moving from Minnesota as a young child. I attended Westside Community Schools and graduated from Westside High School. I have a degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. My husband and I raised our own family here, so I have seen the Metro Omaha area grow into the vibrant place it is today. We are the parents of four adult children, and "our nest is now empty"! After 35 years in the nursing field, I left nursing in 2018 to pursue the full-time real estate career I’d always dreamed about.

I enjoy spending time with my six grandchildren, spoiling my dog, volunteering in the community, reading, all types of traveling, making our home and outdoor spaces beautiful, listening to live music, and socializing with new and lifelong friends. I also enjoy the challenge of solving Sudoku and crossword puzzles. I'm a lifelong learner and have an endless curiosity about so many things!
